1. What does the pricing cover?

Pricing includes 2 meals (lunch and dinner), snacks, activities, an LFS Firsts t-shirt, prizes and a rad swag bag!

2. What is the refund or cancellation policy?

There are no refunds unless an emergency or medical issue occurs. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home and let us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. You will be able to receive our rad swag bag! Please contact LFS Firsts Co-Chairs for further explanation.

3. What are meals like and how do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

We will be ordering our individually-packed meals from Potluck Catering. Lunch will be cold while dinner will be hot. There will be a vegan option available to those who indicated they are vegetarian/vegan. If you have other dietary restrictions or allergies, you will also be able to fill them out at the time of registration. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to email us with your concerns. 

4. How many staff and trained volunteers will be present?

On each day, there will be 12 executives who will be overseeing the event as well as 16 leaders who will be within your group who can answer any questions you have. There will also be one LFS Faculty staff member available for the whole day. 

5. How are you ensuring the health and safety of everyone?

To ensure the health and safety of all our executives, leaders and participants, we will be following current public health orders. Prior to attending the event, everyone will be required to complete a Daily Health Assessment. In addition, non-medical masks are mandatory indoors, plexiglass will be used during check-in, and hand sanitizers will be available throughout the event. We encourage everyone to practice proper respiratory etiquette by coughing/sneezing into their mask, tissue or into the sleeve of their shirt. 6. What should I bring on the day of the event? 

We encourage you to bring/wear:

  • a filled water bottle 

  • a non-medical mask

  • your own personal hand sanitizer (we will have some readily available, but we encourage you to bring your own in times of need) 

  • clothes that you are comfortable running and sitting in

  • running shoes (or shoes that you are comfortable running around in)

  • your enthusiasm! 

7. Do you require the BC Vaccine Card?

We will be checking BC vaccine cards if it will be raining - i.e. we have an indoor event. Please come prepared to show your BC vaccine card at the time of check-in. If you have a vaccine that is not accepted by the BC Vaccine Card, please come prepared to show proof of vaccination.
